How do I cancel my subscription?

What is not covered under the subscription?
Major structural repairs, full system replacements (HVAC units, water heaters, roofing), and damage from natural disasters are not included in subscription plans. These are handled under our separate Repair Contract.
How quickly can I get my first inspection?
New subscribers are typically scheduled within 5–7 business days of enrollment. Premium members receive priority scheduling.
Do you require a contract?
Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. We earn your business every month.
